Amend RFP Submission – Addition of Services under Confident Voices Proposal

As I mentioned on the phone, you are already an approved vendor using your 2024-MAR-147 General Services contract. I’ve attached your bid response in case you want to look it over for responding to an upcoming RFP to add your software as well. You would probably want to add software by responding to Line Item 18 Other Services (or Products) and describe your what you provide software related in the notes.

We highly recommend you reach out to our campuses or departments who might be interested in what your business provides.

We will make sure you are invited when our next General Services RFP opens probably in May or June.
